The copy in the link says it all too. "...it delivers all the speed, power, and perfomance you'd expect from a Tyco R/C bike."

Ain't that the truth. My 2 year old son got bored with it after 10 minutes, when he discovered he could outrun it.

But, why? Unless you just have some spare time on your hands? Regardless of what you do to upgrade it, it is still a toy, with molded plastic construction, and terrible handling. Maybe you can make it go faster, but that's about all. If I want to have fun with r/c bikes, I run the brushless bikes, or fire up the 1/5 nitro bike and run some laps.

I signed up on the forum so I could thank you for posting this. I'm not really into RC's (although there are some very cool ones) but I happened to run accross the link on Google looking for a windscreen for my 2005 GSXR 1000. Back at Christmas time we looked every place for one of these but most places were out except for a couple wanting WAY over a hundred bux for it.

I collect the 1:18 and 1:7 scale Maisto diecast bikes and this will make an excellent addition to my collection.

Thanx

This is a very nice forum also.
