well my package just arrived,opened it up and it's a nice bike,so i guess i give them a thumbs up.Man the front suspension is really stiff and sticky,and the rear droops and is too soft,time to hop up

The front end will break in after a couple of runs, and just add some preload to the rear shock. Just make sure that the lower fork caps are nice and tight.
