i have a nitro evader st with a .18 engine i havent run it in a while so i went to start it up and it ran for like 2secs and shut off. i checked all the idle screws and set them to factory settings, i started it again and it ran full throttle even with the throttle in the idle setting. so i pinched the line to shut it off. any ideas?

Sounds very weird. Sounds like air is getting in around the carb.
If it was me, I would take the carb out. Clean it up with wd-40 and reseal it with this stuff. http://www.all-spec.com/products/81878.html
