When I was trying to break in my firestorm 10T, I primed the engine fine, but getting the engine to actually start is my problem. The glow igniter and glow plug works, the I discharged the fuel out of the engine many times, to be sure, but nothing happens. The pull start tugs feels like it's locking up a lot, and difficult to pull. Is the pull start to blame? Help me with my probelm please.

New engines are always tight. Loosen the glow plug about a turn, this will alleviate some of the compression, making it easier to start. Make sure the glow warmer is either full charged, or has a fresh battery, you want the coil to glow a bright yellow.

Helps to heat it up first. Heat will loosen it up so it is not sticking at tdc

+1. A hair drier works good...a microwave does not.

Lol, definitely not in the microwave! You can also wrap something like aluminum foil around the head to keep the temps up. I use one of my kids' old baby socks when I'm doing break ins. Just cut it so it fits over the head.

Use a hair dryer, or a heat gun and warm not only the heat sink but also the engine casing. Use aluminum foil wrapped around the heat sink as well if you'd like to retain heat. Make sure it's not just Luke warm but as hot as you can get it, this will alleviate a lot of the pinch on the upstroke of the piston with newer engines. You should be fine then after that
