Default Nitro Rustler 2.5

Just finished breaking in and tuning the nitro rustler 2.5 I got for xmas. It runs awesome. The only question I have is it normal after running to have some fuel residue on and around the base of the muffler where it connects to the engine?

Thank you. Yes it is the manifold. I believe the muffler was not tied down to the manifold tightly enough. Also, have been running the engine a bit rich. Would appreciate your input.
