Default XXX-NT vs. RC10GT

Alright alot of my friends have been having a dispute over which is better. Which has more aftermarket parts? Which is faster? And which is more durable?

Well i had a RC10GT...but then it blew up...so...i really dont know, i guess the RC10 is preety durable...it was cheap too $200 and was ready when i opened up the box, took 2 tanks to get it starting smooth and i guess it was worth it, now all i have is my little monster...a T-Maxx & RC10GT & rusty COMBINE!!!!!!! :x

gt is much more durable, xxx-nt is a little faster, little better handling, this has been disputed many times so you might be in for a war...

I believe the RC10GT out sells the XXX-NT.....at least it appears that way here when you do a search.

I have owned both.....sold my RC10GT and kept the XXX-NT as I personally liked the quality of that rig better than the RC10GT.....but I don't think you can go wrong buying either one....as they both are good rigs...in my opinion.

When i got my first rc10gt, the guy said it was awsome for a begginer car, so i guess its like a first step into stadium trucks...which reminds me, i need to get new wheels for mine...[:@]

Ran 1 1/2 gallons through my RC10 GT and all I have messed up is a spur gear. VERY durable.

RC10GT all the way, Both trucks are capable of winning races when it comes down to it. From experiance the rc10gt stands up better to the abuse the average hobbiest will experiance. They are also extremly raceable for the more advanced drivers...

I have also owned both types ,Losi XXX-nt & RC10GT.
I like the RC10GT because for one thing is that they are a whole lot easier to work on,reliable and just plain tougher .For me the best thing I liked even more is that the RC10GT comes with a better motor. The Losi comes with a better radio(ready to run). The only trouble I have had with the RC10GT is driving skill.I had alot of trany problems with the Losi.I know no matter what truck you decide to buy there will always be some type of problems. That will happen from time to time.So all I have to say about LOSI Vs. ASSOCIATED is enjoy whatever you get and don't let small thing that happen to your truck get you down.

Race hard and enjoy life of the RC racer

ya i think rtr is kinda stupid. it might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. its not very hard to put together a rc car, they even give you directions. the first car i built was a xxx-s and building my nt was a snap compared to that(especially since i have a good set of tools). my first car was a electric rc10 t3 ready to run. it was ok for a while but i wish i would have put it together. i only had that for about a year of abuse untill i decided it was trash. the point is if you build it yourself you will understand how everything works and you can put whatever you want on the thing unlike rtrs that come with the crapiest engines and radios(the xr2 is a good radio). also i notice alot of poeple are starting out with nitro, im glad i started with electric because it taught me alot about building cars and how to drive them and it was alot easier not having to mess with the engine. well i bet i get alot of hatred for this post.
