Is there an option to buy the O.S .18 CV-RX Pullstart Engine as either a slide carb or a rotary carb?

Obviously the T-15 is a rotary carb, but if I were to buy a slide-carb engine how do you go about setting that up so that the servo, and the servo arm will work with it?
thats what i got pull start and slide cab and slide carbs run alot better over all.here are some pix of how i did mine and the peace i used for the servo came with my mt2i hope this helps

I got a question for anyone that has installed an O.S TZ-TX in their mt2. On the crank shaft (part that is out for the flywheel + clutch) there is a drive hub that is on with a propeller nut. I was wondering it i have to take the hub out to install the flywheel. Would it do any damage to the crankshaft bearing? Im guessing not becuase the 18ss engine i have now does not have it installed..BUT i can never be too sure and dont wanna take a risk on the new engine.

I just removed it, not sure what will happen to crank bearing but I couldnt mount the clutch and flywheel with it.
cool thanks for the help..so u didnt get it running yet? Yesterday i put the 18t clutch bell and 47t spur..u think i will be ok or still too much low end?

I havent run it yet, waiting for weather to warm up, I am going to run stock gearing and see how it is first before I change it. If you have questions pm 46u he knows alot about the mt2 with .18 tz.

i think all of the OS .18 size engines have big block sized carb inlets so they all use big block air filters

i know a we talked about this before in this thread but it can be done but u have to get some new stuff.. most important of all you have to get a new chassis. the rs4 3 chassis doesnt have the bend in the front of the chassis which is important for offroad use, u also have to get completly new arms and c hubs knuckles and hexes.. too confusing but it can be done... how much u buying it for

So am I correct in thinking that everything I need to make a slide carb work is already on the MT2? Thanks for the pics, by the way.

I wonder if you guys can help me.

There's two O.S .18 CV-RX engines listed on the following webpage. One says "short" in brackets, so I'm assuming the other one is a standard shaft? (Both part numbers are different). But when I click on the preview image on each engine, they both appear to have a short shaft, or is this just the same image used twice as a visual kind of reference?
