That is a great pipe - looks good too.

You will love the sound and the torque it creates - you can actually gear up a little with the pipe and get more top speed without sacrificing acceleration.

are .12 tz's eb modded legal? becuase ive heard these can make a rc10gt with the maximum weight reduction go about 45-50 mph???

I never ran in ST so I can't say. All I know is that the ST racing is highly regulated unlike MT. In ST you are right - they check weight, height, engine size and body configuration. If you meet all those the rest is up to you.

If you are interested in ST racing, I have also found that they will most likely let any rtr run with their stock engine. The .15's that they come with have really no chance against the high winders like the PICO or Novi Rossi's out there.

My brother ran one in his RCGT - not the modded, but they are still I high winder. They are a little tempermental to tune and must be tuned for each race day - but hey isn't that what all high end Italian race cars are like. If I had the dough - I would look at one.

The OS to me is the best bang for the buck. Tunes easy - holds a tune and just plain kicks ***** for 100 bucks. But yes the Novi might be the way to go.

I always wanted to put a TZ in the SS to see what the difference is - but I need to replace the SS with a real race vehicle. I am leaning towards the Losi Eight or the Jammin - just need to get the cash together.

Well guys I finally did it. I bought my first nitro truck. It's an 18SS kit. Built stock right out of the box. Except the body. Bought one already painted till I get time to paint the one that came with the kit. The build went pretty well since this was my first kit. It only took about 8hrs. I also bought a Spektrum DX3 for it. Going to get some bats tomorrow and break in the engine. Here's what she looks like.

but then after pinching the fuel line and making letting it die, put the ignitor back in and pull the starter a few times to get absolutely all of the fuel out your engine will probably spark up 2 to 3 times and then wont anymore, at this time there is absolutely NO fuel in your engine

ultra copper or any non volatile silicone

take off the head..put some around the crank case..were the screws go in but dont get any inside of it..keep the silicone external. then screw the head back on
