Okay hears the deal, im fixing an electric rustler for someone. ive re-solderedthe wire to the motor and reattached the battery connector to the ESC. I turn on the truck but it dosent go, no throttle or steering. But once i plug a RX into the reciever, everything works fine, throttle and steering. without the rx battery its a vegetable, can anyone tell me whats wrong and how to fix it. I dont know alot about electrics, so anyhelp would be great.

yeah i thought so. i think electrics suck even more now that i have worked on one.
