Doesn't work with new model cars though....only the ones with carburators and no computers. Also DO NOT try it with an automatic car. I saw a video of some theives trying to do that and they smoked the tranny.

you can do it with any stick shift. with a automatic it wont work because there is a clutch that engadges. i did it on my quad when i was little, once in a while it would go dead. i tryed it on my 400ex and it has too much compression, the wheels just lock up.

In an automatic, the torque converter slips; ie. does not acheive lockup. Hey, on your 400ex, try it in a higher gear, if it locks and drags in 1st try 2nd, if it still does try 3rd, one of those will work for you... actually the same goes for a car...
