on a serious note I do remember somebody's friend caught on fire because he had the fuel bottle in his jacket and when he bent over the car the fuel poured on the hot engine and caught fire. It's in a old thread in here somewhere.

ummm it was a rc10gt rtr, the glow plug popped up, fire shot out and set fire to the fuel that was on the heat sink. i laughed cause i knew something like this would some day...and yea...im here with my new one i built from the old chassi and yea its better.

i have always been afaried mine will catch fire and explode the fuel tank and send parts flying all over. i would laugh so hard. i prlly would die of laughing of it wasent mine

clean your truck and it wont happen.

i never clean my truck. ok i might clean it 1 time a year but thats it.

im a pyro inside and out. i have a traxxas nitro sport with aluminum shock towers alum tie bar, 2.2 dirt hawgs 6.0 big bore carb, ae colling head and hardend steel diffs

i have a rc10gt that weighs 10lbs from aluminum, titanium, and rpm plastic...i love this hobby!!!!

i think i know the realy reason his truck wieghs 10lbs, on board fire extinguisher. but i thought carbon fiber was stronger then aluminum and tituanium, i think titanium is lighter tho. but when i get my sport maxx im putt in a sirio .27 with 3.1 hp hardend steel gears and all titanumium.
