Default BLOWN engine

HI, iv blown my engine last week (12 cvr o.s.) so i changed the connecting rod, piston & sleeve
do i have to break it in agean ?????
and i istalled a thunder tiger slide carb on that engine (rotary) it started perfectly is that bad for the engine or its ok to put other kind of engines on each other ????

i put other engines on eachother, i havent had any problems...

i was serious...i did it all the time with my old engine. this engine hasnt had any problems and im finishing my 6th gallon of fuel tomarrow![&:]

yes you do have to break it in because that is what the breakin is doing, its wearing in the piston and sleeve.

i wouldnt reconmend putting diff brands on o.s. i would break it in, i broke my pro.15 in when i put new bearings in[X(]

You can use other carbs on other engines as long as you put a small block carb on a small block and a big block on a big block. Your TT carb will be fine.

i was wondering i just started it and it had a weird sound its too high, and smoke comes out of all parts of the engine mostly the head and just a small amount from the muffler tip , checked mufller and head screws there all tight !!!! I have a thunder tiger 15 muffler should i try it on ??
PS : im using a novarossy pipe

whats a headshim ????? if u mean the washer that seperates the head from the engine nop i lost it is it that important ???

yep thats very important, without it the head wont seal properly. your getting an air leak.
