I have the team associated one, it's around 75$ and works great on ST's and touring cars. Its stainless steel too, so it looks cool, which we all know is important,

Does the AE starter box has a big motor like the Pink OFNA box?

I heard you can use a Motorcycle battery. Is it safe?

Also what is a Gel Cell?

Thanks alot

i recently purchased a ofna starter box(the black universal). it cost about $100 with eveything, including the 12 volt battery(not a motorcycle battery, not as many amps) the box, charger, and power circuit. so much easier than pull start.

its simply a motor that turns the flywheel. an update to my expirence: i put the new back plate on and it is worth the money for the box. its quicker, takes less effort, the engine is more powerful, and i got to take my engine apart finally and clean it. i definatly noticed an increase in power.

the AE box has a slighty smaller motor then the chrome top or pinks boxes but trust me it really cranks especially when you have a 12v 7 amp gel cell.

heres the gel cell from tower
