Default cvs boots

I took my xxx nt out a few wks ago and the tranny went on it well i have spare parts so i took it apart and low and behold it was full of dirt & mud i needless to say the diff gear & all the bearings were fried.I know the tranny was tight. So my question is how do you prevent dirt from getting inside it? Is there some type of cvs boot you can put on or a gasket? theres got to be somthing.

I know of a product for the rc10gt but I dont know for a losi. but all it really consists of is peices of felt that are held in place with rubber rings that go around the outdrives and up in it (near the diff adjust screw)
