There is one sight I got some neon for my on-road car, it was [link=http://www.rcneon.com]www.rcneon.com[/link] and the lights are bright and come in a variety of colors. You can get head and tail lights, underglow, light up antennas and light up licences plates. Check it out, their pretty good.
