Default Cooling Problem....NEED HELP

i need help my engine over heats alot i hav a hpi mt2 i got a cvec pipe it made it cool down a little but not a alot any suggestions im getting a cooling head thats bigger but i still need help cooling it more down http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDAR7&P=0 thats the cooling head im buying.

Try cutting some more holes in the body. Sometimes, though, you just can't avoid having to richen up the carb to keep it cool.

do those two and maybe get a body that has better cooling access.... get a HUGE heatsink for it

i cut holes in the body im sure its enough and im getting a heatsink for it is the one i posted good enough

I am shure it is not tuned OK, or you might have an air leak somewhere. The T-15 I have runs very cool with the standard heatsink and no extra holes in the body. So first check for air leaks, then retune it (if you have it, use a tempgauge).

yea ur biggest problem is air leaks, and not enough air getting to it... the larger heat sink wont help unless u have more air coming to it so maybe it is air leaks/ tuning problems....check that before wasting money on unneeded parts
