Default Really need help with this!!!

I just put a new OS 15 cvrx in my RC10GT. I have low speed needle out right now about two turns. I have high speed out 2 and a half turns. Keep in mind I have tried every setting I can think of besides these current settings. No matter what I do, the engine runs 3 seconds and quits. After that the engine won't start again unless I remove glo plug and hold car upside down and pull starter to clean things out. I'm really about ready to give up.

I've had my low speed needle down to 1 and a half turns, never heard of needing to go leaner, is it possible I need to have low speed needle damn near shut? Sure sounds like I'm flooding my engine, but never heard of low speed needle needing to be closed that far

Do you have the new or old style fuel tank in your truck. I had nothing but headaches with the old style tank, and it was causing my motor to flood. I also found that I had to run the lsn a lot leaner than I would have thought to keep my .15 CV-R running when I was breaking it in.
