Is there a replacement or different head that I can put on my xtm .18? I prefer to have a larger for better cooling purposes and orange in color if possible. In the mean time I'm going to check tower hobbies.

I take it that your using 20% also , try a hot plug mc 8, or the mc59 and see what that does for you before spending money on a big heat sink, now if you using 30% nitro a med. plug would work, the colder the plug the harder the engine has to work to generate heat to keep it going in .12, .15, .18 small block motors, RED

Who makes the mc59? I think I might have one somewhere in my tool box. I also want a new heat sink because the one I got now is pretty beat up, a lot of scratches and bent sinks. Yeah I'm using trinity monster horsepower fuel. (20%)

Thats correct McCoy plugs now if your LHS does not have them Tower does, I only suggested MC because I have had very good luck with them , Try Golden Horizon for the heat sink and take note on the required shims that they suggest ,just remember rule of thumb less shims more compression and more shims less compression going one way or the other would require fuel and plug adjustments, RED

Thanks for all the help. I do have a mc59 glow plug just haven't used it yet. I will go to golden horizon and look for a heat sink. What kind of fuel and glow plug adjustments would I have to make if I got a heat sink with more shims.

Heat sinks and shims are seperate, so you can add or subtract shims, I would suggest that you only use one shim or what ever the manufactor suggest which in most cases is only one, you should be just fine with the 20% and a MC59 plug W/ one shim, RED
