Default Rush Evo help!!

Hey all, need a bit of help. Im new to the nitro side of RC, got a HPI Pro 2 with a few hop ups. Any way, the Evo is nice but not quite nice enough. Couple of things id like to know.
1st. I was wandering if any1 has a 200mm or 190mm car (not stadium truck) shell on it and if so if they can post a pic
2nd. Id like to get a new engine. Been looking at the HPI 18ss but im sure you can get better. Ive got roughly 150 pounds sterling to spend on engine.
3rd (and last). I couldnt be arsed buying some headlights for my RC so i made my own, using some LEDs from my old radio gear. Was just wandering wot batteries most people are running them from, receiver batts or some extra ones???

Thanks in advance for advice

I think the 18 SS would be overkill. You will never be able to get all that power to the ground. The Rush is already too heavy, and the .18 SS will only add to that problem.

I would look at the smaller, lighter high reving .12 engines like the OS CV-RX.

I think stadium trucks are a lot like F1 cars. And putting a .18 SS would be like dumping a high torqe low revving NASCAR V8 into the back of a the Ferrari F1 car. It would make the car almost impossible to drive.

But it wold be fast!
