the stadium pro is a badass truck, as is the hyper 7 pro.
if you do get a hyper 7, make it a kit and do it right from the ground up

here's a couple of my AD2's fresh shell.
just outta curiosity, has HPI upped the quality of the bodies they include in their kits? the last 3 HPI kits i've bought had thin fragile bodies...
normally their bodies are pretty robust.
*EDIT* upload aint workin, i'll try again tonight:|

I have been bitten by the bug, I have owned the car 10 days and it already has the following fitted:

HPI Blue rear springs
40w Shock Oil
Fuel pipe bump stops at the bottom of the shocks
JESpares Screw Kit
HPI 2 x Slipper Clutch (wish I had read this forum sooner!)
Dynamite Failsafe
HIP Fuel Pipe Head protector
RS4 Racing Tank
Fastrax Fuel Filter and and Primer
HPI High Performance Air Filter

I got my new engine in my truck and here it is put in. I didn't think the purple would work well, but I am pleasantly surprised. I need to gear it lower though. It flat out flies but doesn't have quite the bottom that I am looking for...
Is that a megatech .16 neo engine in there? Just wondering.

Here is my "powered by O.S." Nitro X-Cellerator by XTM no hopups yet except for the decals and the engine....oh yeah, and a fuel filter, a MUST have.

The last two pics are pics of the wheel adapters I got so I can use 12mm hex wheels

Yes, it sure is.

Here are some pics of my AE 18MT. That thing is just an absolute blast and it totally surprised me as to how much fun it is. One wouldn't think it is just by looking at it, but I sold my Nitro Evader and picked up this thing, and I am having a great time.

It's got rock-solid AE reliability, too. This thing has seen some horrible flips, cartwheels, and has landed several backflips from around 10 feet in the air. The only thing I have done is pop the lower shock caps off the front one time each, and my rear end gears are showing some wear. All in all, I love it.

Yeah, minis are fun. I only drive them during the winter though. I fried my esc in my mini-t 2 weeks ago so I will be putting new electronics in it for this up coming winter. I have tested many micro motors and so far the best one seems to be the fantom mini-mod and the beast raptor modified 300 motor. The fantom has more low end than it but it has slightly less top-end.

I am trying out a 370 airplane motor in mine. It was only 8 bucks so I figured I would give it a shot.

I am going to try to go brushless sometime in the not too distant future. Right now I can't really afford it.[&:]

Since I do most of my driving inside, for me to get a brushless, there would almost be no point.

My 18t is down until I get a new ESC on there.. Or a brushless, whichever comes first.
Those minis are pretty cool though.

I would highly suggest you get a new fuel route. NEVER have the fuel line go over the engines heat sink, if you repeatly land on the top of the truck, the fuel line will be sliced...I myself had this happen.

The engine head can squoosh the fuel line inbetween the body and engine head. and if there is a hole over the engine head when body is on, then it will be the same as if the body is off.

Thunder- RPM box keeps wires from catching onto thing, and protects them from getting sliced. Also the box protects the reciever from getting dirty/wet.

no problem, I have 'em ziptied

I have a lil "rubber" thingie on mine, no biggie
if it cant keep the rx from getting wet, then it sure as HELL wouldn't work for its intended purpose
