i want to make something like a wood monster buggy witha homilite weedwacker engine how do i make a transmission to handle that can would 1 wheel direct drive work

Hmm... a wooden buggy.... weedwacker engine... 1wd... this is gonna be intresting...

you sure you want to use wood?
I'm not so sure about the 1 weel drive either, it will like go left when you excelerate... but you could have it direct drive with a chain... you just need to figure out how to tranfer the power to both or all 4 weels...

that the problem icant figure that out so i was thinking would 1 wheel drive work with a bicyicle sprocket and chain work to make 1 wd and weight down the right a little and will a plactic g.i. joe jeep work with a little modifications

Well you could just have an extended metal tube that connects the back 2 weels, then have the chain power the center or 1 side of the weel, it will power both of the back ones...
