Default HPI MT-2 Question ?

Hey there i have been interested by rc cars for sumtime and have finaly decided to fork out a few bucks to get one, now ive been looking around and i have settled on the HPI Nitro MT-2. Now my question is what are the things i should order with it when i buy it. i am going to buy it off towerhobbies and want to order justa few things with it so i dont need to worrie about the major problems right off the bat, like is there heavey duty diffs that i should put on or sumthing like that i hear of people stripping diffs, pl post a link to towerhobbies of what i should buy. and second are these the hop ups i wouldlike to do right away when i buy it just to help the engine breath, i was planning on buying a ,
motor saver air-filter

The first 3 parts aren't right. Those are all T-Maxx parts. Read through the MT2 thread, just about all the right links are in there.

MT2 comes with an aluminum header.

I would go with an Asscociated pipe:

The one I posted is purple, but any of theirs are a good choice.

I have a CVEC on mine.

I think that is the right engine, I have a HPI 18SS.
