take out taht plastic thing in the carb. its called a restricter, you dont need it and u will get better proformance. if you dont know where it is, take off the air filter and you will see a white thing in the hole, pop it out and put air filter back on. [8D]

well the right set up you would need roughly around 250.00 worth of dremel tools files, bits, sand papaer, seteel wool, and alot of patience skill, and need to know what oyur doing. it would just be better to spend the 100.00 (high price) or 75.00 (my price) to get it done. if not i can give you some tips but i do warn you may have to replace your entire engine if you mess up enough.

sure first thing is first. make sure that your ports are matched. that would be in the exhast port alighned witht eh opening aect. the grooves you see inside the case that is where the fuel travels up to the ports in the sleve. if you see any stains gently grind the aluminum away with a dremel. now port the sleeve. heres a link on port timing to get you familiar with a few things. http://rccaraction.com/rn/articles/engine_timing.asp now heres a link on the actual mods. http://rccaraction.com/rn/articles/nitroengines6.asp thats a lil bit more for you to read. now for some seriosu dremel work on the sleeve, links http://rccaraction.com/rn/articles/nitroengines6.asp aslo nascart.com idk if its worknig or not but it wont let me pull uop the site. any way make sure everyhting is sanded smooth ause steel wool 3 types of thivkness hard medium and soft and use your best polish. jewelers polish works well l good luck!
