Default Non pull - Pull GT

I want to put a pull start engine into my GT as carrying about a starter and battery is a pain in the *****. I was wondering what mods will need to be made to my GT to accomodte a pull start? Is it just a new mount I need to get and can these be bought easily?

Thanks for the help

You need the pull start motor mount and I think you need the pull start fly wheel.

They make a pull-start/non-pull-start chassis too... it would suck if you really have to buy that... It makes sense though, the flywheel opening isn't very "thick".

They don't make a pull/non pull chassis. You could just get away with the pullstart mount but you can get the flywheel too.

I think Frost was talking about the Pull start or Non-pull start conversion chassis kits Associated makes. So you can convert from the older tub chassis to the new style chassis. Or he may be talking about some ells. If he is maybe he can show use what it looks like.

If you're too lazy to haul around a couple stick batteries and a starterbox i don't see how you won't be too lazy to sit there and pull on pull start. If you're already useing a starterbox, its hard to go back.
