go with mashers they are great i just got done my run and they get great traction on grass,dirt, sand, and loose mud. they are alot of fun to put like little tires in the front and and mashers in the back. mine wheelies so easily.

If your going to drive only off road get the Pro-Line Trac-ta-Gator Off-Road Tires. I have a set on my old RC10GT with a O.S. .12cv-x, and I can hardly keep the front end on the ground with them.
