can the hpi keep up with the xxx-nt stock and i will also be doing some jumping and i will also be running in some snow

The rustler is a fast car, but thats not the only good thing about it. People think of that to much. Its more like, the service, engine, 3rd party parts, etc.
I love my rustler, I have a rc10gt too and I still like my rustler the most. Its just an all around fun car that can go fast and have great turning with a few mods and hop ups.

or put a os .18 in the rusty, at a tuned pipe, mak the gearing 22/72, and it will beat the gt

I'd get the MT2.
I work in a hobby shop and i've messed with the TRX2.5 a lot and I hate it with a purple passion...some people like it, though.
overall, I'd get an RC10GT or a nitro Evader ST

what kind of problems are always with the rusty i am a beginner and i dont engoy waiting 2 weeks to get my part in and it will coast me over 20 canadian to ship it
will the rusty climb that is the main reason im looking at one but if the rusty can climb i might consider that to i would want it to climb steep gravel trails and dirt hills that are quite high

Hello again.
I run my rusty in a gravel pit alot and it gose right up those supper tall piles all the way to the top and over with the sand paws on but I seldom make it all the way useing any other type of tire but I supose 4 wheel drive would be a big bonus in that department .
I don't understand why some guys don't like the trx2.5 I love mine . I think it's a supper motor
