ok and another thing, are you supposed to be able to hold the tires still and be able to turn the spur and all the connected things. because I can turn all of this, BUT it is very hard to do by hand.

ok, I just went ouside because I was so depressed to figure out what is wrong so I can wake up knowing what I need to get. and the clutch is fine. But you know how I said that I can hold the tires and turn the spur, but its hard, yep its doing that, but since i have a .15 engine in it, it is doing the same thing I was doing with my fingers ( holding the tires and moving the spur gear). So does that narrow it down. I mean It would have to be one of the gears inside of the car. but theres no crackling sound. is there springs in the transmittion?

if your clutch is as tight as you said it was maybe you should try loosening it. Well going by what youve told me it sounds like there is something wrong with your differential maybe the bevel gears inside

ok you have gears inside your transmition and then you got gears in your gears for the differential there might be something wrong in there. Have you got msn messenger if you do add [email protected] or have you got yahoo add breakdown_6t9 then we can talk easier

make sure that the diff. is tight , sounds like the diff is loose get the book out ot'll show you how to tighten it up, Since youll have the wheel off to adjust it check the drive pin on both axles, RED

If the diff. is bad youll need to replace it, I would suggest that you use new diff. balls and replace the bushings with bearings . Take a good look at the idler gear and top shaft make sure that there not damaged. RED

and yes the car moves, but when I flore it its seems the engine accelerates like a batt out of hell, but the car moves a little slower then the engines sound tells me, and I can hear the slipping!
Just wondering, i know this has nothin to do with the problem, but does it sound like when ur driving a manuel vehicle, and your going to fast for the gear your in?

still no one really answered my question. lol, everyone says something different!

I was thinking there is a good possibility that the stub axle screws or screw is loose. but this happend after a wreck. just a small one though.

Get yourself the RR metal diff gear, and the hardened carbided diff balls. It's your differential. If it's too loose, you can kiss it goodbye. It'll melt the stock one pretty quickly.

I see all of your questions, and not to be rude but I have one for you... Didn't your truck come with a manual? If not, you can DL it for free off of the web. Since you are new to the parts, people could talk all day and not have any REAL communication. Why not just start with the directions in front of you and just jump in, outside of that this is all primarily speculation.
