happens on lots of pullstarts. loosen the screws a little around the case and wiggle it. it will snap back in. (very quickly sometimes, so watch out...)

^^^^^^^^^if that doesnt work, you have to take the pull start off then take that thing that the rope winds up on, and tighten the sprng, i think you spin the spring clock wise, correct me if i am wrong, but when you tighten it, dont let it go, put that thing back in, it will snapp back in
