will any thing bigger than a .18 fit in a 1/10 stadium truck?

This is a pretty unspecific question, you could do it, but you will need mounts, .21 clutchbell/flywheel/shoes etc.

This is why they make small block .18's...

Also, most 1/10 ST gearboxes will not handle big hp .21's...
