I dunno, but IMO not worth the bucks they'd ask for it unless they had dual bellcrank steering and stronger suspension arms.
the transmission *should* be tough enough to handle the .18

I put Alloy arms on the rear of mine and I have never had a problem with it. The ones on the front sill are stock. My Rush is one of the first and other then the chassis HPI replaced it has been a good truck. I have run about 3 gallons throw it.

well...i pound the hell outta things:P
but i know the stock arms on my GT took a lot more abuse than my Rush's did.
OH, and since i've had my Rush for about 4 years now, would they still upgrade the chassis?
