RE: best stadium truck for jumping
Man any stadium truck rtr @ WOT is gonna get you huuge air off a jump. Hittin it at 50 is just asking for trouble.. unless you plan on gluing some wings to the side of it!
And i was so ticked off the other day.... i always thought the XXX-NT RTR would be expensive.. like more than my evader. I was in my lhs yesterday.. they had my evader for 279.99 and the xxx-nt for the SAME PRICE!! WAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well... i only bash so why do i care.

I think the gt would be the toughest... although the rustler would be fastest... The rustler is funner to jump, although may break parts more often, stock, than the gt.

RE: best stadium truck for jumping
I had a xxx-nt and hated it. thing shattered pices everytime I drove it. now it lies in a pile of parts. What a rustler needs is a better battery tray on the back because it will break off. a rpm front bumper, better tires!, aloy shock towers, stronger shocks of somesort,( I used the ones that where on the xxx-nt). oh ya and the stock servos I dident have much luck with so I put the standard jr servos form the xxx-nt. Oh and the rear bulkhead likes to strip out, I just CA the bolts in. Once that is all taken care of the car is hard to break. I know mine has all of the above parts and I launch it about 7 ft in the air and I cant land for s*%^ and I break parts verry rarley. Oh and the stock body needs to be attacked with a spray bomb because that stock color is UGLY!!

GT and NT are both strong trucks, but the GT takes more flight off the jumps while the NT soaks them up more. The GT is only slightly strong than the NT and even that isn't large enough to make a big difference. You can still bust a GT if you crash it off a 30ft+jump at top speed as you would with an NT. If you want to make either a tank, slap on some RPM parts. Then you will have less to worry about. Simple thing is to practice jumping first. Once you master that, it will be hard to break things on the next bash unless you try to break the car.

GT.... i know someone with a Rusty and even after severly hopping it up, he sill wont take it up high.. although as soon as he gets it fixed, maybe he'll get the balls to do so ....
oh the GT is way more durable than the Rustler....
the Rustler has problems with their weak:
shocks
c-hubs
shock towers
bluckheads
rims
battery box
their tires are crap...
and plus after hopping it all up, you have a car that now weighs as much as a MT.....
for the same money invested in each, you will get a stronger, lighter, faster and better handling RC10GT

I should also mention the N-Evader. I have been beating the crap out of this thing and have only broken 1 steering knuckle in a little over 2 months. I find it hard to believe that such a wonderful truck was made by Duratrax, lol. I don't know about the rest of there products, but the Evader series is good.
