Today i flipped my rustler and brock the shock tower along with the shock cap on the top of the rear shock. My Nitro rustler is completely stock. I am going to buy a powerline aluminum shock tower off tower, but i don't know what kind of cap to buy? Are the shocks on the rear of the rustler big bore, xx-long, x-long???? There are so many on there i don't want to get the wrong one, and have to reorder. Does anyone else have the powerline aluminum? How is it holding up?Is there better? Thanks

naw. get it from tower! cheaper. dont get aloy shock caps. you can get stronger shock caps but then the next weakest link is going to break which is the shock body. I would Strongly sugest getting some stronger shocks, that is what I did on my rusty. If you still want caps for the stock shock bodies theseones will work, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJF00&P=Z . I also sugest buying this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXAKE0&P=7 , the stock servo saver is JUNK. and use this rear tower http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXSK21&P=7 . the front shock tower dont break to often for me.
I dont know how much you plan on spending but a high torque steering servo is great. like this one http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXDWF8&P=ML
Hope all of this helps.
