what do you all recommend as a replacement cooling header for the o.s. dtx .18? i was looking at http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXFKR4&P=Z ...it seems ok- i just wanna getta new header- THANKS

hmm, thats not a "header", http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXEUM8&P=ML thats a header. Your point is made well though... i have that same design on my garbaged 2.5 i inherited. looks like it works well, i never asked the guy if it did, i kinda ditched the engine lol, its a necklace now.

oh...whoops...didnt mean to call it a header- anyways sorry for any confusion and i think ill get that along with alum. front and rear shock towers for it...after i save up some more money ill get the a arms and possibly an aluminum chassis...anyone know a company that makes a alum chassis for the evader st?

isnt the chassis already aluminum? why do u want another one?
i dunno of rpm makes parts for the evader but if they do i would recommend their a-arms, lighter and stronger and have a replacement plan
aluminum bends under stress so hard hits to any aluminum will just bend it and bending it back weakens it....unless u get a really good deal i would just stick to plastic as it is lighter and cheaper to replace

I think it looks better and it actually improves the performance a bit cause it has a lower deck height than stock
