Evader.
Read as much as you can here and anywhere else you can find info online on the evader and nitro trucks in general before you buy. When going nitro, you'll need as much preparation as possible to avoid frustration. Nitro isn't easy when you first start. If you're willing to learn, it gets much easier very quickly. The more you read ahead of time, the less frustration you will have when you get your truck.

Nitro is something that requires experience to be any good at, which is why most everyone has a hell of a time when they try it for the first time. Eventually, you will be able to simply listen to a nitro truck running and be able to tell if it is properly tuned, and what to do adjust if it isn't. Reading up on it will help A LOT but the only way to really get any better is to spend time with one.

My ST-15 is loaded with hopups beyond typing. Widened suspention, better shocks, 2 speed, and lots more. Evader is better to get right off the bat, Tower ST makes for one heck of a project truck... of which you'll need the experience to hop the st15 up to its max potential.
Go for the evader.
