well i have a friend that sold me a nitro rs4 a while back and i guess felt really bad since i had so many problems with it i ended up spending $200 in the end and now it needs a motor, mounts, a servo, and a new front shock, so he gave me a xxx-nt for free, i have no clue how old it is, all i can say was that is has a black chassi (the newer ones are silver right?), and futaba raido gear and servos (am using the gear off of the rs4 he sold me with a gay servo cause the futaba reciver is cooked) i have had gotten so ripped off in this hobby so far its not even funny... $450 and i have never even gotten to use an rc for more then an hour, its really gay, i have no more money to spend, but about the xxx-nt, it has a broken hinge pin holder, it needs a rear body post, there is some really weird problem with the a-arms rubbing on the axles, and it cracked the cup on one of them, last but not least it needs a lot of tie rods (jumped it off of a roof 2 or 3 years before giving it to me)... so can someone tell me where to get all of this stuff for cheap and things like that, also, it has a trx .15 motor that he said would never run again, but i have extensive small and large motor knowlege (eh... needed to brag makes me feel better
) so i decided to take it apart, so i got it to turn over again (rust), and i cleaned the hell out of it and i got it to run once for about 10 seconds, and another few times for like 2... this is with a drill because it does not have a pull start, the back plate bushing is starting to show wear and leak because of this also, but does anyone know what the problem with the motor could be, and where to get motors for it because i have never seen one with a crank like this, it has a c clip holding the clutch bell on, what motors are powerful, reliable, and nicely priced (i just put those 3 words together, i know), and what kind of crank is this... someone please help, i really want to get into this hobby, 16 and no more money left
