RE: 4.6savage vs revo
This thread would be better asked in the monster truck section and not the stadium truck section.
Racing they say Revo. Bashing Savage. I have a Savage and like it but I like all HPI products. Do not care for Traxxas. Just my opinion.

RE: 4.6savage vs revo
1.which is faster?
Top speed is similar, 40+mph. Drag race - hard to say. Big block power vs low weight. I think the edge may go to the Savage, mine definitley runs like a scalded cat, and can wheelie on command with good traction. On the track, the revo definitely wins. Light weight and low centre of gravity means it will be far superior on handling.
2.which is more fuel efficient?
Likely the Revo, as it is a much smaller engine. .15 vs .28
3.which is more durable?
Savage has the best rep for durability of any MT on the market. Revo depends on who you listen to. I suspect it is pretty durable as well, just not quite in the same league as the Savage.
4.which has more and better hopups
Tossup, they both have really strong aftermarket support. Savage has been around longer, so hop-up market is more mature.
