Default Newbie - Mach .15RE not drawing fuel

I'm breaking in my new engine. I ran 2 tanks at idle only and let it cool for a while. I went to crank it again to start the "soft" throttle driving, but now it will not draw fuel. I pushed fuel to the carb by unhooking and blowing on the exhaust hose. I have an electric starter and when I hit I can feal air coming out the exhaust, but the fuel does not move.

Did I break it already?

when you go to start it put your finger over the stinger on the pipe
so that it will pressurize the fuel tank
