Default new motor in Jato - now will not prime

I just put a RB .12 in my Jato. Everything went smooth drping it in. But now it will not prime. I put it on the starter box and put my finger on the exhaust and nothing happens. The motor is truning over, the glow plug is tight and the little red clip is not down. What else could I be missing or doing wrong.
Thanks for any help.

yes. The short one is to the pipe and the long one (with the cut off) that loops through the roll bar is to the carb.

take off the air-filter and see if it is spraying any fuel into the carb. If not then your fuel line or carb inlet is clogged.

I have put on new fuel lines and cleaned the carb in let and still nothing??? I can use the same fuel lines and ust hold a TRX 2.5 and use the ez start and the fuel lines hooked on the tank and pipe and it will prime and then when I put the line back on the RB .12 nothing. It will not prime.
I think I may have to take it up to the LHS and see what they say... But I will really have to wait untill tuesday for that... I will take it with me to a bash meet tomorrow and see what the guys there have to say...

Put in about 3 carb fulls of fuel and put the glow plug in. once that engine gets a little bit going it will work.

erm, well the first thing i would check would be the fuel tank, check all the seals in the tank, take it apart look for any broken ones or just not correctly installed also check to see if the lid on the tank where you put the fuel in is firmly down because if it isnt it means air can get it and the vaccum wont work, if i were you i would buy all new fuel tank seals and relpace the rtr onces. also check to see if the shim between the block and cooling head hasnt got any air leaks, try putting some silicone between each side of the shim to ensure that there will be no leaks, but give the silcone about 2 hours, then try it if non of this works it would be best to take it back to your LHS for a complete engine rebuild to make sure there is nothing wrong

Make sure the the highspeed and lowspeed needles are open, sometimes they are closed on a brandnew engine.

Ok I think I got it fixed up last night. It was the fly wheel/clutch. I did not have the right nut on it for the motor, so it was not tight enough and was not turning over the crank/piston. hehe I knew it would be something small and dumb that I was over looking.
I got it all together last night with the right stuff and it turned over fine. But my starter box was dead. So it is on charge now and if all goes good I will break in the motor tonight.

Thanks to all who gave suggestions.
