What's the STANKIEST/eye burning fuel you've ever used?
Ive only used Red Alert, Traxxas, and Blue Thunder.
Out of all of them (in my evader engine) the Traxxas stuff STAAAANKS! Was revvin it up with another racer and we were coughin and wiping tears away the whole time lol. Might be due to the fact that the DTX .18 likes to run rich.. but MAN.. peewweeee!

I've only used the same fuel, but when I go get some more, I'll try out something different, I guess.

HA... trinity fuel, the most over priced fuel you can get. Think about it next time you go shopping for a brew, the price is so friggen high because they have so many "Factory racers" to pay off.
I'll take my Wildcat Race blend over Trinity any day. At least i know what brand methanol and nitromethane AND lubricant goes into that... sunoco and klotz
Its nearly 10 bucks cheaper, well worth saving it along with the added performance in the Wildcat brew i gained.

Hey guys i run Trinity Monster fuel The Purplue one the guys that run it too ..
have u noticed that the color changes over time when out side the Original Can of fuel?
it's pupple at first then it starts to turn into DuDu brown.[:'(]

I use Byron's aka Mugen race fuel 20%N 12%Oil. I've used DTX's fuel and BT and Trinity. I think that the Byron's is by far the most powerful and clean burning and best smelling. The reason I think it produces the most power is because of the lack of added coloring. Think about it, the less you add to the fuel, the more actual "Fuel" per volume there is. What I'm saying is, Per volume, the Byron's has the most "fuel". Theres no added coloring.

Yea, I realized with my purple trinity moster horspower (i think i know its purple) that after a while some left in my tank (by accident) looked brown/reddish.

....a home brew 43% nitro/10%oil mix. It really slaps the pain to your eyes and nose/throat.

I use a scent additive used for our alcohol drag cars. You can get a little bottle for about $10. A couple little cap fulls to a gallon of RC fuel and your set. It comes in many scents from grape, cherry....to even burnout blueberry. Really does a good job of covering up the nasty smell. See summitracing.com under fuel additives

Hmm thats interesting, must be your area. Here where im at the trinity fuel is one of the cheapest... i get a gallon of 20% platinum or monster brew for $23.99

producing 5,000 hp and 15 gallons of nitro methane per 1/4 mile run
now they are running 4.420 in the 1/4 and 336.15 mph [X(]
i think now it is down to around 93% nitro methane and that will burn your eyes, nose like there is no tomorrow
you guys think 20- 43% is bad that is nothing copared to top fuel dragsters
