One time I got the glue made by Losi on my fingers, had to peel of skin to get that crap off. Fingers hurt for like a week.

Use a drop of CA at equally spaced portions around the tire, that way they are easier to remove if needed. I second the prewash with rubbing alcohol suggestion, it is always a good idea to prewash with alcohol before bonding.
If you find they want to roll off when cornering hard (my rusty has this issue) you can glue them all the way around, just know that removing them will be very difficult if you ever want to replace your tires without replacing your rims. But I guess that is waht they make CA debonder for.

A suggestion I would make is after the glue is applied quickly put a hose clamp on the glued side of the tire... not too tight ... just enuff to add equal pressure all the way around. Got this from a magazine and found it to work well on my Savage tires.

All so if you have chrome wheels make sure you take the chrome off where the tires bead on the wheels. Chrome is very slick and even CA will not hold to chrome. It never hurts to rough up the wheel where the tire beads. [8D]

RE: HELP!! Mounting tires - share your tricks/tips
They are just like beadlocks on a real car. The clamp around the bead of the tire. On real cars they are mostly used when the power of the car and the traction of the tire are enough to make the tires spin on the rims, but in RC they are used mostly for easy tire switching. They tend to be a bit pricey for decent ones and are also pretty havey, and rotating mass at the wheels is not ideal if you are a performance nut. But they have their purpose and work well for it.
