Default Engine dimensions - help please

I was thinking on the way to work of scrapping my XXX-NT and moving over to an RC10GT. the thought had crossed my mind that I'd just use the OS .12 that is in the NT now.. (nothing against the NT, there are just a lot of other options for the RC10 for dirt oval)

anyhow, can anyone guide me a bit on this? Will the OS out of my NT fit into my evader? an RC10? how do I know?

look up the specs on the net. the engine in my rc10gt are mounting holes on same side-11mm and mounting holes on opposite sides-31.4mm. as far as i know, look and the mounting specs and make sure the shaft works for your setup.

The engine would be interchangable. It will go into you evader with no problem but if you wanted to fit it into an rc10gt you would need to cut the crankshaft.
