RE: exhaust out the back
i would say no apart from it may cause a problem if the tube is going up-hill as the oil from the exhaust will make a pool down the bottom tubing and clog the tube.(not letting waste gas out)
but if it is the same height as the pipe/exhaust then there shouldent be a problem.best of all the rubber tube should be lower then the exhaust.
what car are you trying to fit it to?[8D]

The height difference wouldn't be a problem since the speed of the exhaust flow along with the vibration would flush out any pooled oil in the pipe. What will happen though is you will significantly increase the backpressure of the pipe which will reduce power and may increase the engine's temp. Other than that it will just sound terrible...

RE: exhaust out the back
We've run long tubes off airplanes to route the exhaust away from things with no problems at all...you just don't want any kinks in the tubing when you do it....it will also change the sound some..it'll be a bit more quiet...if your engines in the back which it probably is look for a header that'll toss the pipe to the back or make one out of some copper or aluminum tubing

Yes you will cause tuning problems. RC Airplanes don't need or have the power that the car engines do. What you are doing is adding length to the stinger. You might be able to get it to work, but you will get smoked by a stock setup.
