i dont kno why, but my Jato has suddenly, i dont know, lost power
i drove it around and the next time, after it snowed last week, that I drove it, it just didnt get the power as usual. I didnt change anything and am so confused. Before it snowed, the car with the throttle trim set at zero would still drive off without any throttle on at all, and now it just sits there idling. I know it didnt get wet and have tried some other things, such as: loosening the clutch, loosening the brakes to make sure they werent too tight, and richening it up, and also changed the batteries in the car itself.
The air filter isnt too dirty and i dont know what the problem is. when i have the throttle trim at zero, it will go(when i hit the gas), but doesnt have much power when i do that, it usually takes about 50%throttle movement before it goes anywhere and when i floor it, it still isnt going as fast as usual.
I made sure the radio was at 50/50 and not 70/30. the funny thing is though, when i turn the throttle trim all the way up, it drives like normal just without moving very much. Any ideas? and also, i figured out one of the bearings is a little weird, do you think that could be the problem? i didnt think so because when i lube that up it works fine( its like warped or something)
I havent touched the idle speed or the low speed needle, but do you think that could be the problem? they are both at factory settings so i think they are fine.
[:-] im confused, can anyone help me? ???[&:]

the problem is that you havent touched anything. Richening it will give it less power once you pass a certain point, you've got to find a nice medium between too rich and too lean, if richening it didnt get anymore power try leaning it out.

LSN isn't your problem right now. With changing weather conditions, your hsn will need to be tuned to suit. By all acounts the trx 2.5 is sensitive to tune, so this is probably your whole problem. I don't have any links at the moment, but searching here and Google for something like 'how to tune glow engines' will give you lots of reading material to get you started. You'll be a pro engine tuner in no time.

ok i solved the problem...
the point where the throttle servo mounts to the car and is screwed in was broken. That mean that when i hit the gas the screws did nothing to hold it down and the front of the servo lift up when i engaged the gas and the brake. i used some aluminum to hold it down and now its back to perfect working order.. almost
i think my steering servo is going out because sometimes it wont turn sometimes, and i already changed the batteries. How can you tell if u need a new steering servo? And what servos would you guys recommed for me?
Thanks!
