Oh no, another post from me. I just bought a cvec pipe for my jato. Will this give my jato much more acceleration. Also, I am going to buy an os 18 tm, will the cvec pipe fit onto the os 18 tm. Also I want to get a new pair of alum. clutch shoes for my jato, does any one of really good clutch shoes. Thanks!!!!

Hi Mike, I to want to put an O.S. TM on my Jato with pipe ( I didn't know which pipe'd fit the O.S. TM so thanks for posting the question) but with the O.S. engine won't their be so much torque that we'll have to put a wheelie bar on the back... hehehehe cheers.

yeh it will fit but you will need a compatible header, not one of those that lock onto the tuned pipe with springs. i cant remember what the stock 2.5 header is like sorry.

Lol, yes I'm sure there is gonna be a whole latta power. I'm going to get all metal gears (tranny, spur, cb) so I dont strip all of them immediatly. Wait, does traxxas make metal gears yet for the jato????

From: Dead Center,
Thats kinda like my cvec, mine has an adjustable spring inside, move it all the way in for more take off speed, or back it all the way out for more top end speed, kinda trick. I cant say Ive noticed much diffrence once I move the spring in or out, (out side of fuel consumtion) so I leave it in the middle setting.
