ok this is what is going to happen...I still have untill Dec. 23rd untill my engine warranty for my Evader is up...im going to send it in and have them give me anew one...they will give me a new one if there is no compression and wont run/start up when warm right?
well im going to send it in...what needs to be on it i have it all taken off (CB Flywheel and the thing after the flywheel) just the shaft is left on it...has anyone here done this (send in engine for replacemnt) and if so are they going ot be reasonable with giving me the same engine...i dont feel like sending it in then them saying theres nothing wrong with it...when the is i just hate that!

I heard somebody say that the stock .18 in the evader's wasn't an ABC engine.
If I was you, I would just upgrade to something else and forget about that engine. I think you would very happy with a OS .12 CV-R

Yea, I see what u mean. Then get that Duratrax .18 and keep it sealed up and store it away for a rainy day. Like you said, it might look good to you one of these days.
But the OS.12 would be an excellent motor in the evader man. That lil .12 will surprise ya.

I didn't know about it untill a few weeks ago when I was looking at the description of it on Tower.
