really you can dump a HUGE ammount of money in a revo to make it race worthy. if it was mee id see what is "big" at your local tracks??? here the truggys are booming and they will do EVERYTHING you need - race ,bash, jump, everything. i am getting another LSP hotbodies truggy before next season. i had the LSRR its the rtr version and the only thing i did was change the motor. they will walk all over a MT ,reslo oh i mean revo ....lol

better w/ a stock savage as far as breaking..... remember the lighter the higher it will fly and not break, a stadium is better for this IMO. if you want a MT then its gonna cost quite a bit more....

just a tip.
associated are for racing so yes GT's are great for that ( i race one too) but ANYTHING traxxas will stomp anything else at jumping ( i used to race a rusty) as they are designed for it. comparing my traxxas to my GT i MUCH prefer to jump my rusty ( and it seems to break less landing) as my GT is a hastle to land.but will eat the rusty on a track (actually theres not much in it but the GT is way easier to drive therefor less mistakes)

the only parts that have broken on it so far is the fuel tank the first time i opened in the lid broke of, stock stearing servo,
the head of off the idea screw and that realy all oh and ive went thure a few sper gears.
but over all its a great starter truck, but the only thing i dont like about it is the stock engine
im so glad that i bought a 12 cvr for it
