Hey guys for christmas this year i really want to get a truck. After much deliberation as to whether get a car or truck i chose truck so that i could rule the streets and my front lawn. lol. Well im stuck between 3 trucks. I was looking into the xxx-nt 2, the rc-10gt, or the mt2. I kno there all one speed which im not a big fan of but i guess it really doesent matter. Well i was wondering which one was better. I heard nothing but good things about the rc10gt and the xxx-nt but i heard that people are striping their differentials on there mt2's. What do you guys think will be the best truck to go with. What are the downfalls of these trucks and the positives of them. Can these trucks have a second gear added. Also what do you guys kno about that koyosho inferno. thanks for the help

The losi platform is a bit more complex with the upper deck and all, but both the losi and the assc. are great trucks. The hpi is 4wd, which adds to the maintenance, but gets around in the grass better.
I know happy owners of all three trucks.(actually the hpi is a 1st iteration, but dude is still happy with it)
I would recommend a 2wd machine for your first venture into nitro.

if you want a 2sp get the Jato? and ck at your LHS to see what parts you can get for what you decide. really the single sp will rip enough. its easier to deal w/ -less to worry about.
