how do i install the clutch shoes? i'm really having trouble with this. i know they're supposed to be hard to move if they are on right, but mine are very easy to move. anyone have a color picture or some really detailed instructions on how to put these things on?????

If it is an ordinary 2 shoe or 4 shoe clutch setup, I just fit the spring on the shoes first then press the clutch shoes with spring on to the flywheel. Some pressure will need to be applied in order to stretch the spring to fit the shoes on the flywheel pins. What do you mean by hard or easy to move. Depending on how strong the clutch spring is, will determine how hard/easy it is to move the shoes as if they were engaging. You really can't go wrong. Even if you install the shoes backwards as if they were digging in to the clutch bell when engaged, it will still work.
