Default help with engine

i lost the little screw that holds the carb down. my question is can i just go to the hardware store and get a little bolt and nut to put in there to hold it down or what should i do?

Nope, hardware spot wont have those. Your lhs might, mine doesnt, they dont have squat, have to order everthing, the #*%. Anyhow, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXCE50&P=Z is wht I assume you are missing? Try your hobby shop, try a buddy your out bashing with or racen with.

it isnt just a normal bolt , it is a specially shaped botl with a little ruber sealing thing, ill tell you what though, if you think you will never need the carb out ever again you can jb weld it in their. the nitro cant eat jb weld.

All of the ones I've seen have a curved contour cut into the shaft where it tightens up against the carb's neck too.

try your local hobby shop. jsut tel them the engine you have and tell them what you need.
