Tear the engine apart and see what it needs you will prolly need a new piston sleeve and rod. When i blew mine it was it took out everything and some times it takes forever and a half to get the sleeve out of the block. At least it did with mine when i blew mine. It would probably be better to just get a new engine. But you dont know till you tear the engine apart. Good luck

I wouldn't make any decisions until the tear down. If it just snapped the rod, then maybe just a new con-rod could salvage the engine.
If it looks like somebody threw a grenade through the carb, and floored it...Then a new piston/sleeve is in order.
If it messed up the bearings, or scarred up the inside of the crank-case, then it is a paperweight for your desk.
What method are you using for break-in?
Also...Maybe a bit late, but...Always turn your controller on first

If thats all it did then your kinda lucky if you can see it that way. You should be able to get a new sleeve, piston and rod for about 50 bucks (estimation) depending on what motor you have. If you have an expesive motor i would rebuild it but if the motor is not so expesive it would prolly be good to just get a new motor. But if u do decide to rebuild the motor make sure that you get all the little pieces of metal out of the crank case. Flush the crank case out with some fuel. You will just have to make sure you get all the metal pieces out before you reabuild and run the engine again Well what ever you decide to do good luck
